"I graduated from ISU with a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2019. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be part of the medical field. It wasn't until college that I discovered that dentistry was the path for me. My favorite part about working in dentistry is helping people feel more confident in their smile. I also enjoy getting to know my patients. With the great team we have here at Birchwood Dental, we'll make you feel right at home!"
"I graduated from Weber State University with my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2011 and have been in the dental field for almost two decades! I am passionate about hygiene and educating my patients on how to better care for their mouths. I love establishing a relationship with all of my patients and look forward to helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile! "
Front Office Associate
"I love that I get to be the first point of contact for patients when they call or come into the office. Many patients have had that “not so good” experience in the past and I am confident that we can change their view of dentistry from their first experience in making an appointment and throughout their treatment and care. Being able to put them at ease and help them relax is very important to me and it is an honor to be able to do so. I’ve also really enjoy getting to know our regulars!"
Front Office Associate
"I love meeting new people and having the opportunity to get to know them. I’ve always liked helping people, so it’s especially rewarding to see patients leave the dentist office happy. This is my first time working in the dental field and I really enjoy getting to learn about how everything works."
Front Office Associate / Dental Assistant
"I have had the opportunity to spend time helping people at the front desk as well as assisting the doctor in the treatment rooms. I’ve also spent my fair share of time in the dental chair having my teeth worked on. This has given me the chance to experience dentistry from multiple perspectives. I find it fulfilling to be able to use what I’ve learned about dentistry from each of these angles in order to empathize with patients and to help them understand the processes involved in taking care of their teeth. Watching someone go from anxious to comfortable as we help them through each stage of their visit with us is very satisfying to me."
"I am a dental specialist in the Idaho Army National Guard and am very honored to be able to work as a dental assistant as my civilian job as well. I love the dynamic of this office and how supportive everyone is. I have aspirations to become a hygienist one day and I want to continue meeting new people and learning new things!"
"I love working in the dental industry! It brings me fulfillment knowing that I was able to help the doctor help our patients become more confident with their smiles. It's very rewarding knowing that I made a difference."
"I like working here because of the great team environment with the Doctor and the staff. I also enjoy the process of sterilizing the instruments, as they transition from dirty to safe to use."
